Does Payroll automatically send payments?
Payroll prepares and records payroll. If you use a payment file for a compatible bank, you send and approve it in your bank; then record paid amounts and review reconciliation.
What if a rate is missing or a visit needs review?
The system identifies the outstanding item before closing. Your team resolves it or, when permitted, puts the visit on hold with a reason and keeps track of it.
Does changing a rate or visit rewrite history?
Closed payments are preserved. Rates have effective dates, and changes to already-paid visits are shown as differences for you to decide how to handle.
Can I share reports with my accountant?
Yes. Review and download available reports as Excel, PDF or CSV. Monetary reports are based on closed payments.
Do I also need a Records subscription?
No. Payroll is purchased separately. Records is a different product for your agency’s documentation.
Does Payroll offer a free trial?
No. It starts with payment and a 30-day money-back guarantee from payment.
