Membership: what you pay and how

In My account → Membership, “What you pay” shows your plan, its status, the monthly total, the next charge date and the card. “View invoice breakdown” explains each line: the first clinic, each additional clinic and, if you have Records and Payroll, the bundle price. Payroll is paid when you start (there is no free trial) and has a 30-day guarantee: within that time, “Request a refund” returns what you paid for Payroll and removes it from your plan. “Card, invoices and cancel” opens the payment portal to change the card, see invoices or cancel. If a charge fails, a notice appears at the top: meanwhile everything can be viewed but not worked on, until the card is updated. Purchases and plan changes belong only to the account owner.
