Payroll preserves actual-time reading and the agency’s time policy. Fifteen-minute rounding applies per visit when configured; exact-minute mode preserves those minutes. Billing codes do not choose this rounding. The confirmed rate is multiplied by payable hours and each visit amount is rounded to cents. Preparing and closing check that recalculation has applied the rates.
