“Ready to pay” (green): nothing is missing. The others are amber and say what is missing: “Set her rate”: she is missing the rate with some patient, or the one she has is not valid; you set it by tapping her status in the list or in Caregivers (it opens her file at “Patients and rates”; there you tap the patient that is missing). “Confirm who she is”: the visit arrived without a recognized caregiver; uploading the caregiver list from your system usually fixes it. “Review her”: another reason stops her pay, such as a missing pay calendar, hours that do not add up, or a visit held in your system; the detail is in her profile and under the pay’s “Pending”. If there are several reasons, the first is shown in this order: rate, identity, review. Until she is ready, what she is paid shows as “—”: a visit is never paid at $0. The period total is always shown.
