When a screen could not load

Where to find it

Any Records screen that could not load

1. The window says "This screen could not load" and counts down to the next try: "Trying again in 5 s". The waits grow a little each time.
2. It also tries again as soon as your internet comes back or you return to the tab.
3. "Try again now" does it straight away. If it still does not load after several tries, it stops and tells you; come back in a few minutes or tell support with the reference shown at the bottom.
