What you pay, your invoices and the money-back guarantee

Membership is the same from Records and from Payroll: one subscription and one invoice for your agency. At the top, what you pay each month, how much is Records and how much Payroll, the next charge and your card. Only the account owner and administrators see it; the owner is the one who buys.

  1. "See the invoice breakdown": one line per program — first clinic and each additional one — and the monthly total.
  2. "Card, invoices and cancel": the secure billing portal. Change the card, download invoices or cancel.
  3. On a trial: the amount is $0.00 until the trial ends, with what you will pay after; "Activate subscription" opens the secure payment.
  4. "Money-back guarantee" → "Request a refund": it refunds everything, cancels the subscription at once (with all your programs), closes the access of the whole team and schedules the deletion of your data with a window to export them. It lasts 14 days from the first payment, or 30 if that payment included Payroll. Only the account owner can do it.
  5. If you added Payroll while already paying, Payroll has its own 30-day guarantee: it refunds only what you paid for Payroll and removes it; everything else stays the same.

A complimentary account shows $0.00 and has no card or invoices: changes are handled by the Leymax team. If a charge fails, the Membership says "payment due" and asks you to check your card; you can view everything but not work until it is paid.
