Your profile and your password

Change your name and phone, and your password whenever you want. Your login email is your identity and is not changed from here.

Where to find it

Your name (top right) → My account → My profile · Security and access

  1. "My profile": name and phone → "Save changes" → "Profile updated".
  2. "Security and access" → "Change password": current password, new one (at least 8 characters) twice → "Save changes" → "Password updated".
  3. The same block shows when the password was last set.
Tip

Forgot it? Use "Forgot your password?" without leaving the sign-in screen. Enter your email and open the link you receive to set a new password. If you do not have team access yet, ask your administrator for an invitation. New agency registration is for customers, not for adding workers.
