Which agencies each person sees

The scope decides which clinics appear in her selector. It is a rule, not a frozen list: "All agencies" also covers the ones you open tomorrow.

Where to find it

Team → person's card → "Change" next to the agencies

Open the person's card in Team and press "Change" next to "Which agencies {name} sees".
Switch between "All agencies" and "Only the ones I choose"; tick the clinics. At least one.
"Save". The change applies at once — the next screen she opens already shows the new scope.
