Where to find it
Top bar → Export → tab "Packets by purpose"
- Export → "Packets by purpose". Each packet shows its traffic light: "N pending actions", "N pending reviews", or "Nothing to deliver yet — upload the evidence first".
- Press "Create packet". Fill "Reason for the delivery" (at least 5 characters) and "Delivered to". Press "Generate packet".
- "Preparing packet…" and then "Download". The PDF carries a certificate page, an index by folder and every archived paper.
- You do not have to wait on this screen: a green notice says it is being prepared, and the PDF downloads by itself when it is ready, on whatever screen you are on. If it fails, a notice tells you.
- The strip "Created in" shows the agency the delivery belongs to. To work with another agency, change it at the top, on the agency name.
- Dates in the index belong to the paper included in the delivery. An unresolved date may be blank; check that paper in its row. A newer replacement does not provide the date for an older copy.
- If the packet is incomplete you will see "This packet is incomplete": only an administrator can "Download anyway".
Tip
The "Delivery log" below keeps every packet: who asked for it, for whom, why and when. That is what you show when someone asks "who took this out?".
