Reading a file: index, folders and colors

The left column is the index of the file: its folders and, inside, each required paper with its state. The right side shows the paper you selected.

Where to find it

Files → click a person

What each color means

  1. Green dot: the paper is in and valid.
  2. Amber "Office": a sheet the office has to fill or sign.
  3. Amber "Waiting": requested to the worker, not received yet.
  4. Red "Overdue": the paper expired, or it never arrived and the person is already working.
  5. Blue "Review": something arrived and needs your eye (a date to confirm, a countersignature, a paper that does not match its row).

The header of the file

Above the index: the completion bar (x of N papers), the "Regulatory pack" and "Conditional requirements" tabs, the alert strip of the team board when there is an unresolved alert, and on the right the buttons of the file (request documents, packet to the nurse, print, export, more actions).

Tip

Click a green row to see the exact archived PDF. Click a row with "Fill" to work the sheet right there.
