Where to find it
Top bar → the bell (right)
The number on the bell counts lines, not messages: one file with three pending things is one line. Inside, urgent items come first, then one group per file with the newest on top. Each row says the action first (what to do), then the file it belongs to and the kind of person it is.
It clears itself
You do not have to tidy the bell. When the papers a file was waiting for get placed, when a note is resolved, when a signature arrives or an invitation is accepted, the matching notice disappears on its own. Opening a file also marks its notices as read — except the ones that ask you to do something, like a signature waiting for the office countersignature: that one stays until you countersign. “Mark all as read” is there for the rest.

While Records is open, new items also appear as a small green card at the bottom right, in the language you selected. It goes away by itself; the bell keeps the record.
Who gets a notice depends on the clinic: only the people added to that clinic see its bell items. Nothing about the system itself (technical problems on our side) ever reaches your bell — that is ours to handle.
