The period review before paying

Your system’s caregivers and visits are reviewed before preparing payroll. Prebilling is information.

Before preparing a pay, Payroll checks that it has your system’s caregiver list and the visits for the period dates. They arrive by themselves through the connection, in the middle of each period and when it ends. Prebilling arrives by itself too, but it is information (what your system is holding and why): pay does not wait for it. “Prepare payroll” works with what has already arrived; if the visits or the list are missing, it brings you to this review: there is a card per clinic with its dates and what is missing. You can set a “Closing deadline” (MM/DD/YYYY HH:mm, in your agency’s time): if that time arrives and something is still missing, the “Import backup reports” block opens so you can upload the files for those dates (the caregiver list if missing, the visit report and, if you wish, the prebilling) and confirm they are complete. Visit corrections are made in your system, not here. When every clinic is ready, the button says “Prepare payroll”; if not, “Retry with HHA” requests them again through the connection. The page updates by itself. The steps to download each report are under “Manual upload”.
