The “Payment history” page: the history of what was paid

The closed payments of the year: how much, to how many, when, who approved and whether it matched the bank; each one opens and downloads.

“Payment history” is the list of closed payments of the active clinic, for the year you choose (by the date they were paid). Each row shows the period and its calendar, the status (“Paid” or “Voided”), the total paid, how many workers, the hours (“55 h 15 min” with the decimal below), who approved it, when it was paid and whether it matched the bank: “Matches the bank” if what was confirmed is exactly what was closed, “Difference” with the amount if not, and “Payment not confirmed yet” if nobody has recorded yet that it went out; tapping “Payment not confirmed yet” (or the difference still owed) opens the “I’ve paid them” window right there, the same one as in “Paid”: how much you paid (what is left is already filled in), the day and, if you want, a reference. The date is the one confirmed by the bank; without a confirmation, the closing date. At the top, the filters with their counts (“All”, “Paid”, “With a difference”, “Voided”), the year and the search by period or by a worker’s name. At the bottom, how many payments are shown and what was paid (voided ones do not add up). The payment being prepared is not here: it lives in the Payroll Center, and a notice at the top takes you there; if a payment is awaiting approval or still needs closing, the notice says so and takes you to that payment. “Register” downloads the payment register as a PDF. Tapping the row, or “Open”, shows the closed payment: its five numbers (total, workers, hours paid, separate payments and overtime), the downloads (the register as PDF and Excel, always the same file because it comes from the frozen payment, and who downloaded it is recorded), “Did it match?” (what was closed, what the bank confirmed, the difference, the date and the reference; if it still needs confirming, “Record the payment” opens the “I’ve paid them” window right there), “Who and when” (prepared, approved and closed, with name, date and time) and the register per worker: identifier, insurers, visits, hours, rate, separate payments, overtime and gross, with a search and the total at the bottom. Downloading needs the download-reports permission, and creating the file the first time needs the export permission: if you do not have it, the button tells you who can. The list and the payment update by themselves when someone closes, confirms or voids a payment on another screen.
