What the law asks for, paper by paper

Every row can show you the rule behind it, checked against the Florida nurse registry regulation. And when a paper says one thing and the rule another, the file tells you — without blocking anything.

Where to find it

Open the file → ⋯ of the row → "What the law requires for this paper"

  1. "What the law requires for this paper" opens a window with the rule (or "This is not required by the regulation" if it is a paper of your own).
  2. If a paper you uploaded does not meet the rule (for example a validity longer than the norm allows), the row shows "The law asks one thing and the paper says another" with "The rule asks" / "In the paper I read". Nothing is blocked: you look and decide.
  3. The "Conditional requirements" tab lists what your agency MAY need. Nothing is asked until you say it applies.
