Help Center / LEYMAX RECORDS

On a phone the file is read-only; on a tablet you work as on a computer

A tablet — upright or sideways — shows the same system as a computer: the dashboard with its figures, the Files list, and an open file with its index of rows on the left and the paper on screen, ready to work. On any screen, the panel button at the top of the index hides it so the paper fills the screen, and the same button, at the start of the bar above the paper, brings it back exactly as it was; each device remembers your choice. With the tablet upright, that bar shows the full name of the paper with its status underneath, and below a line the buttons together, with the page count on the right. On a phone (or a very small window) you can see the list, open a file, read its folders and look at any paper; working it (placing, filling, signing, exporting) is done on a tablet or a computer. The screen switches by width, so enlarging the window is enough.

Where to find it

On a phone (or a very small window) → Files → open a person

On the phone, Files shows the list right on its page: search by name, filter by person type or view archived files, and tap a person to open their file. The "+" next to the magnifier creates a new file. Your initial, top left, opens your user menu: My account, support, language, screen size and Sign out — the same menu as on a computer. On a tablet the header is the computer one, with the tabs as icons (the name appears on hover).

On the phone the top bar has the logo with your clinic on the left (tap it to switch clinics) and, on the right, the magnifying glass on the Dashboard, the + on Files, the bell and your account; on a tablet the Help Center lives in your account menu. The bottom bar has Dashboard, Files, Team (if you manage the team) and My account; the dashboard shows its figures and the work list (the clinic health card is on the computer). When you open a file you see its index with the same count as on the computer (for example 9/35), the overdue papers and the folders; a folder opens right there with its rows, tapping a row shows its paper full screen, and "‹ Index" takes you back to the same folder with that row marked. The ⋯ button holds "Edit file". The header keeps the state of the record (amber and "Onboarding · N to place" when there are papers to place). The strip at the bottom says "View only — worked on a tablet or a computer" (on a small tablet held upright, "Turn the tablet sideways to work this record"). Export and review screens do not open on a phone: you get "This section needs a wide screen" and "Back to Panel".
