Where to find it
Open the file → "Export file" (top right); or Export → tab "Manual selection"
- In the file: "Export file" → "Deliver this file". Write the reason ("for example: AHCA inspection of August 12"). Tick "Also take the papers under review" if you want them. "Deliver".
- Wait for "The delivery is ready" → "Download delivery". Later you find it again in "More actions" → "Download delivery".
- The file is saved with the name of the file it holds — "Talena-Dominguez-Rosales-2026-09-20.pdf" — or, for several people, "Leymax-Records-Export-<date>.zip". That name comes from the system, not from the browser.
- The automatic download starts once. If its check fails or times out, the request stays pending and is checked again when your connection returns or you return to the window. Clicking Download while that request is in progress does not start a second copy. If your browser asks where to save, its download settings control that prompt. Check the browser download list for completion; use Download delivery to save another copy.
- Several people: Export → "Manual selection" → tick the people ("Select all" / "Clear selection") → "Generate packet (N docs)". A window opens asking the same two things as always: the reason and who it is delivered to.
Please note
If it says "Delivery stuck — retry", press it: the packet is built again. A file with no archived paper cannot be delivered, and a corrected paper waiting for signature stops the delivery until it is signed.
