Register your clinic

The first thing a new account does. Without a clinic there are no files. Only the account owner or an administrator can register one.

Where to find it

Your name (top right) → My account → Clinics → Add clinic

When you enter for the first time the Dashboard shows "Register your first clinic". That button and the one in My account → Clinics open the same window.

  1. Choose "Register a new clinic".
  2. Type the NPI and press Search: name and address fill themselves. If you do not know it, the link takes you to the official registry.
  3. Choose the service type (Nurse Registry, Home Health or Mental Health). It decides which papers and forms apply, so choose carefully.
  4. Complete address, phone and, optionally, the EIN. Press "Register clinic". The first clinic of your plan is included; each additional one is added to your subscription and you will see the price before confirming.
Tip

Right after registering you can press "Invite my team" — the same door as the Team tab.

Please note

Check the service type before opening files: it decides which papers every file asks for. If you picked the wrong one, correct it in My account → Clinics → Edit before creating the first file.
