Help Center / LEYMAX RECORDS

What is Leymax Records?

Records keeps every staff and patient file of your Florida nurse registry complete and ready for an inspection. Each person gets the checklist the law asks for, and the system watches what is in, what is missing and what expires.

Where to find it

Top bar → Dashboard · Files · My forms · Documentation · Export · Team

Register and activate your agency

Choose Records, Payroll or both during registration. Changing the product or language updates the address and preserves your form for ten minutes. Verify your email, create your password and accept the agreements. Records alone starts its trial; Payroll and the bundle require payment. If payment is interrupted, sign in to Payroll and open Membership to continue. Repeating a pending registration resends its activation link; it does not replace the original selection.

Open your product

Open https://records.leymaxhealth.com for Records or https://payroll.leymaxhealth.com for Payroll. Each address shows its own sign-in when you are signed out and opens the product when your session has access.

Who operates Records

Leymax Medical Billing and Compliance LLC d/b/a Leymax Health operates Records. Leymax Health is the DBA of the same legal entity; Records and Payroll identify separate products.

Explore the sample demo

The marketing website asks for your name and email before opening a temporary session in the sample Records account. This is separate from registering your agency or starting a trial. If the demo is unavailable, use the website contact form to request a guided demonstration.

Everything revolves around the file: one per nurse, home health aide, patient, office worker and the agency itself. The file lists every paper that person must have; you upload, fill or request each one, and the file tells you what is still open.

The four tabs of the top bar

  1. Dashboard: the health of the registry at a glance — overdue papers, papers waiting to be placed, what is assigned to you, upcoming expirations and the patients whose packet is ready to send to the nurse.
  2. Files: the list of everyone, grouped by urgency, and each file opened with its folders and papers.
  3. Export: deliveries for AHCA or an auditor — packets by purpose, manual selection and the delivery log.
  4. Team: who enters Records, with which role and for which agencies, plus the agency's official signatures. Only administrators see this tab.
Tip

The bell, the magnifier and the question mark live on the right of the bar on every screen: your pending items, the search and this help.
