The list: shelves, drawers and filters

The list groups people by urgency so the office starts by what needs it. The left column filters by drawer.

Where to find it

Top bar → Files

Each agency keeps its own files. Eligible personal documents are shared after placement, retaining their document review. Unplaced documents stay in the agency that received them. Linking does not grant general access to another agency.

  1. "Action required": files with papers to place, countersignatures or expirations. Start here.
  2. "Waiting for documents": any file missing at least one paper, whichever it is. The card names it when only one is missing ("1 paper missing · W-4 or W-9") or says how many. If one of them is required by law, the card says "Required by law": that one comes first.
  3. "Complete": nothing pending at all — no paper missing, nothing overdue, nothing waiting for the office. A paper your agency really does not use is removed from the row with "We do not use this"; the system never decides on its own that a missing paper does not matter.
  4. Left column "Drawers": All, Patient, Nurse and the other drawers of your agency, each with its count. At the bottom, "Archived".
  5. "Search by name…" filters as you type. "Only with papers to place" shows the ones waiting.
  6. Click a file to open it. To come back to the list, use the arrow at the top left — or your browser’s back button, which returns you to the list you were looking at, with your search and your filters as you left them.
Tip

Each row carries chips: "3 overdue", "2 to place", "up to date", "getting set up…", "1 team note", and a red dot when the board has an unresolved alert.
