The four cards and the compliance verdict

The top row of the Dashboard is the pulse of the clinic you have selected. Every card is a button.

Where to find it

Top bar → Dashboard

  1. "Overdue": papers past their date. Click it and the work list below ("Files that need action") shows only the people with something expired, with "Showing: only expired · See all" on top; click the card again, or "See all", to see the whole list. Every morning the bell brings the day's summary, "Expired or expiring documents" (what expired and what enters its notice window that day); clicking it takes you to that same list.
  2. "To place": papers that arrived (uploads, portal, bulk import) and are not in their row yet. Click it to see the files with papers waiting.
  3. "My assigned tasks": notes that a colleague addressed to you from a file's board (hover over it and it tells you). Click it and each one takes you to its file; they also show up in the work list, on their file's line.
  4. "Compliance": the verdict. IN COMPLIANCE means nobody with a patient assigned is missing a mandatory paper. NOT IN COMPLIANCE says how many people with a patient assigned are without their required papers. NOT EVALUATED means the clinic has no active files yet. If some files are missing papers, the line below says how many ("2 incomplete files") and clicking the card takes you to Files; if nothing is missing, it goes nowhere.
Tip

The verdict only counts people who are already working. Someone whose file is still "getting set up" or "in preparation" does not count against you. Dates you confirm and reviews you complete in a file also count in the Dashboard and file list. A file with many requests does not hide requests from other people.
