Where to find it
Open a paper → strip above the sheet → "Edit" · "Move" · "Discard"
Records reads each uploaded sheet and tells you what it found. If the sheet holds more than one document, the band on it says so and offers “Split”: each piece becomes its own paper on a proper Letter page, and the original sheet stays in the history. “Edit” opens the sheet tools: rotate, split, move.
Yes · Move · Discard
When a sheet does not match the slot it landed in, the band asks. “Yes” keeps it as is. “Move” sends it to the right slot. “Discard” removes it and asks you for a short reason. If the sheet came from a worker’s portal, the worker is told what happened and what to send again.
Discarding is a recorded act with your name and reason on it. It is not an undo.
