Some agreements need the office to set terms and sign BEFORE the worker — the sheet tells you.
Open the worker file → the contract row → "Fill" → "Conditions and signature of the agency"
An agreement with an office-first turn (for example the employment agreement) is never archived with a single signature. The office opens it, sets its terms and signs its turn; only then does the sheet travel to the worker to sign. A half-signed contract cannot be filed — by design.
