Teach the system your blank forms

Upload each form of your agency EMPTY, once. From then on, when a filled copy arrives in a scan, the system recognizes it and puts it in its row by itself.

Where to find it

Top menu (on the computer) → "My forms" → "Upload blank"

  1. Top menu → "My forms" (on the computer; it does not appear on the phone). Choose the clinic. Each form shows "Not taught", "The system knows it · N pages", "You use your version" or "Your version · needs review".
  2. "Upload blank": pick the PDF of the form exactly as your agency uses it, empty. "Learning…" and then "The system knows it".
  3. Wrong file? "Forget" → "Sure? Forget" removes what it learned; upload the right one with "Upload again".
Tip

Three different screens, three jobs: "My forms" teaches the blank; "Use my form" (from a file) makes your form fillable with boxes; "Edit system form" rewrites the text of one of ours (administrators).
