Reports: view and download

Eleven reports to view and download as Excel, PDF or CSV, from closed payments.

“Reports” is the catalog to view and download, in four groups. Money: “Payroll cost by period” (each closed payment with its visits, separate payments, overtime, total and how much it changed versus the previous one of the same calendar), “Register of a payment” (every worker in a payment; its download is the same file as in “Payment history”), “Separate payments” (bonuses, reimbursements, salaries, approved hours and services) and “Paid vs. confirmed” (what was closed versus what was recorded as leaving the bank; the difference only counts confirmed payments). Work: “Hours and cost by insurer” (paid visits by the insurer they were paid under; separate payments and overtime belong to no insurer; a worker’s fixed rate covers patients of several insurers and has its own row, “Fixed rate”, with the visits and hours it includes), “Overtime” (who, how much premium and in how many payments), “Uncovered hours” (scheduled visits nobody made, by patient, according to your visit system) and “Workers whose hours drop” (in the last closed payment, whoever was paid 30% or more fewer hours than their average of the previous 3 payments, with at least 5 h less; with fewer than 3 previous payments it does not compare). Year end: “Year to date” (what each one was paid in the closed payments whose payment date falls in the year, with their W-2 or 1099 classification; it helps prepare the 1099s, but it is not the form). Control: “Rate history” (every rate set or changed, with the previous one, since when it applies and who set it) and “What was left unpaid” (what was put on hold in closed payments, with its reason and how many days it has been waiting). Money reports only count closed payments, with the numbers they were paid with: a payment enters by period if its period ends within the chosen dates. Each report has its filters (period with the shortcuts “This year”, “Last 3 months” and “Last year” or your own dates, year, payment, calendar, insurer and worker), three numbers at the top, its table with the total and a note saying where it comes from. “Download” gets it as Excel, PDF or CSV, and what you see is what is downloaded; it needs the download-reports permission and, if you do not have it, the button tells you who can. Every download is recorded: “Previous downloads” shows who downloaded what and when, and opens it again with the same filters. The browser address keeps the report and its filters, so it can be shared. On a phone or tablet, the list fills the screen and each report opens on its own with “‹ Reports” to go back.
