No visits and pending rates: what each means

Caregivers is your team directory. A person can appear there before any visits have been imported. In that case you will see “No imported visits to match rates”, with no pending-rate warning: you do not need to take action for that reason. When visits arrive, Payroll will look for each patient’s rate in the rates report. If any patient remains unresolved, the list shows how many have a pending rate; open the profile to see which ones. Rates for the other patients are kept. The command center shows work in the selected period and issues affecting that period. An inactive caregiver still appears there if she has work in that cycle; use the inactive filter to find her in the directory. Inactivation does not remove unpaid work. While data is being updated, wait for the update to finish before reviewing which rates remain pending.
