Search and filter the period’s caregiver list

Before the search field is “Filters”: pick one or more insurers, an hourly rate (from, to, “No hourly rate” or “More than one rate”) and the status; each option shows how many caregivers it has. Groups add up (insurance and rate together); within a group, any option matches. Each filter in use shows below as a tag you remove with its ×, with “Showing N of M”; “Clear filters” removes them all. It is the same button in the Payroll Center, the closing and Caregivers. The search field filters by name or identifier. Everything can be combined with “Need you”. The header search finds caregivers, patients and help throughout Payroll. The refresh button shows inside how far the available data covers; “No data yet” means no coverage is available yet. The list fills the workspace and keeps the total at the bottom, including when empty.
