What “Incomplete rate” means

A caregiver may have a rate for one patient and need one for another. Her row says “Incomplete rate” instead of showing a single amount that could be mistaken for every patient’s rate. Open it to see confirmed rates identified by patient and the patients still pending. If a pending patient has no reference, the field starts empty: enter the amount for that case. Another patient’s rate is neither copied nor suggested to fill it.
