Help Center / LEYMAX PAYROLL

Change a rate without rewriting history

A change applies from the day you choose (today by default) until it is changed again.

Open the worker and review the relevant patient’s rate. A patient’s first rate covers all their visits with that patient. A later change always asks when it applies from, and it is not saved until you choose: nothing is preselected. You can choose one of the cycles not yet paid (this cycle, or an earlier one still unpaid), or “Another day”, the exact day it changed; never inside a period that is already paid, never before an earlier change, and never a future day. What comes after always takes the new rate. When you choose, a sentence tells you what will happen (“Until …: $15.00/h. From …: $17.00/h. What was already paid does not change.”). The first rate has no date: when you change it, only what is already paid limits how far back you can go. There is no end date: it applies until someone changes it again. The same applies when returning to the report’s rate or adopting the one from the bell notice. Earlier visits retain their rate and closed payroll retains its history. Payer and HHA/HMK codes do not select the confirmed Leymax rate. If the clock needed to select a rate is missing, the visit remains pending.
