Set the rate from the alert

In the Payroll Center, in the closing and in Caregivers, a caregiver missing a rate shows “Set her rate” as her status. Tapping it opens her file at “Patients and rates”, with the small window of the first patient missing a rate already open: you type the rate and save. The rate belongs to the caregiver with her patient, not to a period. If more patients are missing a rate, they show in the same list, in amber with “No rate”; tap one and its small window opens. What you save updates the other screens on their own; when you close the file you are back in the list where you were, and that caregiver stops asking for a rate once none is missing.
