Which visits appear in the pay cycle

Visits with source issues, such as incomplete times or a hold in your visit system, are not included in command center visit counts, hours, amounts or pending items. You do not need to fix or approve those visits here. The system reassesses them using updated data and only admits them when they pass its checks. Once they are corrected in your visit system and accepted by an update, they appear in their corresponding period. A caregiver appears when she has admitted work in that period; if only some visits are admitted, you see only those visits. A valid visit without a rate does appear: you can enter the rate for that patient in Payroll. The side panel and cycle totals show the same work. Closed payments retain their history.
