While reports are being calculated

After downloading the reports, Payroll reads caregivers, visits and rates, and calculates pay. Rates from the same report are calculated together to avoid repeating a caregiver’s work. Your manual rates and each rate’s dates are preserved. An update finishes only when the reports and their calculations are complete. If interrupted, saved tasks can be retried; if they cannot finish, Payroll says so and preserves the last complete result. Download time also depends on your visit system.
