When reports from your main system are missing

Review which reports are missing to prepare payroll.

The connection is in My account → Connections. Data arrives by itself: when you connect, in the middle of each period and when each period ends, without you having to sign in or press anything. Visits arrive every time; the caregiver list and the rates arrive when you connect, when someone new or a pair without a rate appears, and once a month. To bring today’s data there is “Update payroll”. “Prepare payroll” works with what has already arrived. If your access to your visit system needs updating, Payroll asks you for it. If the period’s source review is missing, “Prepare payroll” takes you to it: it identifies the missing reports and their dates. If you need the manual fallback, upload the original files for the stated period in Uploads. Uploading a report again does not change the rates you set in Leymax. Payroll is prepared with the complete reports for the period.
