The connection with your system

You give your visit system user once and Payroll brings your caregivers, visits and rates.

In My account → Connections there is a card per clinic. To connect, type your visit system user and password and press “Connect”: they are stored encrypted and nobody can see them. While it is checked, the card says “Connecting…” and updates by itself. Once “Connected”, it shows the “Last download” and when the user was verified; data arrives by itself when you connect, in the middle of each period and when each period ends; to bring today’s data there is “Update payroll” in Payroll. “Download now” requests a download right away. If the card says “Needs review”, it also says what to do (save the current user or password, or use a user without a verification code); meanwhile you can upload the reports in Uploads. “Change user or password” updates them, and “Disconnect” deletes the saved password and stops downloading. Changing the connection requires the prepare-payroll permission.
