Where to find it
Open the file → bottom of the index → "+ Create a row"; or drop a paper on the free space of a folder
- Press "+ Create a row" at the bottom of the index. First search "among the ones that already exist": if the paper exists in another file, "Use this one" shares it instead of duplicating it.
- "Create new": name of the paper and "Which folder does it live in?" (or "New folder…").
- "Do I chase it or store it?": "Watched" asks for its expiration date when you upload it and warns before it expires; "Filing cabinet" just stores it — no date, no warning, does not count for compliance.
- "Who brings the paper?": the patient, the person of the file, or the office.
- "Who is it asked of?": "Only this file" or "The whole agency" (today's files and future ones). Press "Create the row".
- If the row is born WITH a paper inside and it is "Watched", the date is asked before creating it, with the thumbnail of the paper beside it so you can read it (tap it to see it big). If that paper came from another row with its date already confirmed, it comes filled in: check it and press Enter. If you cancel, nothing is created.
Tip
Faster: drag a paper from "papers to place" and drop it on the free space of a folder. The system offers "It is ANOTHER document — create its own row" with the name already filled.
Rename a row
⋯ of the row → "Rename". The name changes in every file that has this row; the papers already uploaded are not touched.
