Where to find it
Open the file → ⋯ of the row → "We don't use it" · "No longer applies" · "Remove this row"
- "We don't use it": asks you WHERE. "Only in this file" turns it off for this person alone — everyone else is still asked for it. "In every file of this clinic" turns it off in ALL the files of the agency, today's and future ones. Either way it stops counting, stops being requested and disappears from the worker portal, and it can be turned back on.
- "No longer applies" / "Does not apply to this case": only for THIS person. The row goes back to "Conditional requirements" of this file.
- "Remove this row" (only for rows you created yourself): it tells you the real situation and you choose. If THIS file has its paper, take it out first with the "Edit" button on the white bar above the paper. If there is no paper here but there is in others, it can only be removed from this file. And if no file has a paper, it can be removed from all of them.
None of the three deletes a paper already archived. A paper the law requires for your service type cannot be turned off: the option does not appear. And "We do not use it" belongs to the administrator: it is a decision of the house, so a front-desk user does not see it.
Turning it back on
Open the "Conditional requirements" tab of the file. Each paper explains "Why it may apply" and, if the system saw related documents, shows them. Press the paper to activate it; it goes back to the regulatory pack.
