Where to find it

- "Files that need action" is your work list: one line per person. Under the name, one sentence with the most urgent thing, naming the paper ("Prueba2 expired 7 days ago"), and "and 2 more things" if there is more (hover to see which). The list updates itself, right away, when someone signs or countersigns. On the right, one button with what to do: Renew, Sign, Review, Confirm, Place, Send, See note, Assign or See what is missing. The order is always the same: first the risk (in red: an expired paper, or missing papers for someone who has a patient assigned); then what is up to the office (a renewal that came in, papers waiting for your countersignature, papers to review, dates to confirm, papers to place, the packet for the nurse, notes left for you, a patient without a nurse); then what expires within the 30-day notice (in amber); and last, people getting ready, with what they are missing. The button takes you where it gets done; when you resolve it, the line moves on to the next thing by itself.
- "Upcoming expirations" only shows what expires later on, beyond the 30-day notice: to see it coming. What is expired or expires sooner is not here but in the work list, so no paper shows up twice. One row per person: with one paper the row names it; with several it says how many, and a click opens the list with each paper and its date. If there is nothing later on, the card says where the urgent items are.
- "Clinic health": the view from above, section by section (business, team, patients): how many papers are overdue, due soon, missing or up to date. A section with nobody in it says "No files yet". "Open packets" takes you to Export.
