Where to find it
Open the file → open a sheet → ⋯ → "Edit system form" / "Use my form"
Every sheet in the system already prints on your letterhead and complies as it stands — you do not have to touch anything to work. You adapt a form when your agency says something the standard sheet does not: a rule of the house, a clause your insurer asks for, a box you need filled in every visit.
The two doors, both in the same place
- Open the file, open the sheet, and press the ⋯ next to it.
- “Edit system form” — our sheet, with your wording and your extra blocks on top. The regulatory part stays.
- “Use my form” — your own blank PDF becomes the paper, and the system puts the fillable boxes on it.
- Whatever you choose is saved for the WHOLE clinic, not for that one file: from then on, that sheet prints your way for every patient and every worker.
Who can do it
Only an administrator. Adapting a form changes the paper the whole agency signs, so it is a decision of the house, not of whoever happens to have the file open. Everyone else can look at the form; the save button simply is not theirs.
Five clinical sheets are drawn point by point over the original paper (Care Plan, Assessment, Medication Schedule, Disaster Plan and the CSA) and cannot be adapted from the editor yet. Everything else in the system can.
