Separate the summary from the detail
The summary lets you check the period total. The detail explains how it is made up by person and work. Keep both with the same clinic and dates so you do not compare different versions.
When exporting from Leymax Payroll, choose the report and format that fit the task. A worksheet for reviewing amounts and a file for submitting to a bank serve different purposes.
Distinguish preparation from payment
Generating a report or bank file does not prove money was transferred. The file prepares an instruction; authorization and the transfer result belong to the bank.
Check payment status and keep its evidence with the period. Investigate differences before treating the process as complete.
Keep the context of the closing
An isolated total is less useful when someone asks about a difference months later. Keep the summary, detail and decisions explaining the closing together.
- Clinic, group and dates of the period.
- Individual details and approved amount.
- History of changes or resolved exceptions.
- Payment evidence and differences still to reconcile.
Share only what is needed
Give each report to the people who need to review it. Before sharing an export, check that it contains the right period and the information needed for that task.
This guide covers the operational organization of closing. Your agency’s legal retention and tax obligations require specific criteria; they cannot be inferred from an export format.
